Welcome! Thank you so much for selecting me as your narrator and audiobook producer. I am so excited to be working with you on this project! It is my honor and pleasure to bring your book to (audio) life and I can’t wait to get started. Please check out the following information so we can start production! Audiobook Production Summary (General information if this is your first audiobook): As your audiobook narrator and producer, I will produce the full audiobook as the narrator and will also coordinate the final proofing, editing, and mastering of the audio files which will be delivered to you in MP3 format for distribution via one of the audiobook marketplaces. The most commonly used audiobook marketplaces are Findaway Voices, Audiobooks Unleashed, ACX (Audiobook Creation Exchange,) which is owned by Amazon, which also owns audible.com the world's largest audiobook distributor, and Spoken Realms. There are many other smaller/boutique marketplaces that can help you "go wide" with distribution, (meaning not just on amazon platforms) but these are the main options for Indie/self published authors. I want to impress upon you how much value we narrators place on your stories. We aim for a word-perfect reading, and thus may reach out during the production phase if there are any additional questions beyond the initial character/plot analysis. We want to represent your story with as much love and attention to detail as you have. It is a very busy and involved process, often requiring at least two subcontractors for proofing and editing/mastering, but there should not be too much work for you to do after the initial contract is signed and the first 15 have been approved.
